Gov. Charlie Baker on the Opioid Crisis

Clever Mountain has been producing videos for the Gavin Foundation since 2010. Established in 1963, the Gavin Foundation provides substance abuse treatment and education for the greater Boston area. Gov. Charlie Baker of Massachusetts received Gavin's "Man of Year" award for the work his administration is doing to address the opioid crisis. This video is an excerpt of the governor's speech.
