Ward Hayden & The Outliers

An important activity during Covid is to try to find silver linings through so much hardship and loss. As independent video producers, we watched our work disappear as our clients shuttered their doors. But new work came in the form of live-streaming music. Working in an empty venue with robotic video gear, staging ourselves in the lobby with a wall separating us from the stage, we had the privilege of producing live stage performances. The music gods smiled on us the evening we streamed Ward Hayden & The Outliers. They are talented, joyful musicians who raised their spirits to the rafters. Of all the wonderful things that happen when music is played live, a favorite is when an artist shares the story behind the music and is willing to be vulnerable.
